- Application Fee $25 (non-refundable) / $45 after deadline
- Video Recording (VHS, DVD, MP4 or other, email link; 2 contrasting pieces – virtuosic and cantabile, 15 min. maximum, returning students are exempt from submitting a video recording)
- Letter of Recommendation--from primary teacher
- Repertoire List – solo and chamber

- Notification of acceptance and scholarship winners
April 15 (postmarked) June 14th – June 28th Brass Symposium
- Tuition Fee: $2,200 (room – with private bath) includes tuition, hotel room, and breakfast, use of facilities, master classes, and weekly lessons from faculty.
March 30
- Reservations and payment for optional excursions (Dresden, Berlin, Weimar, BMW factory, Porsche factory, etc...)
May 15
- Notification of soloists, repertoire and chamber music assignments
- Reservations and payment for bus or train to and from the Leipzig airport (LEJ).
May 15
- Final e-mail notice to all participants before festival begins
